THE WITCHING TABLE SERIES: SUMMER SOLSTICE CEREMONY + FEAST JUNE 20, 2024 SOLD OUT!
WITCH'S NIGHT: EVE OF BELTANE CEREMONY + VEGAN FEAST
APRIL 30TH 2024 6 - 10:30 PM
EVE OF BELTANE: WITCHES NIGHT (Walpurgis Night)
This isn’t a night of steely, rational restraint.
It’s a time to feel, deeply and with every cell of your body.
April 30th has been deemed Witches Night for centuries…a time when witches used to meet in secret to celebrate the thinning of the veil between worlds and the rise in their witchy powers.
In paintings of Walpurgis Night and Beltane, women are often shown dancing round a fire with ecstatic abandon, released from an ever-watchful patriarchal gaze, if only for one night. Burning bonfires traditionally believed to ward off evil spirits.
It’s a time to remember what it feels like to be utterly free within oneself, to come into the fullness of your being, not whittling it down to a societally acceptable sliver.
On this special evening we will couple Walpurgis Night with Beltnane in harmony.
Traditionally the Pagan Irish observed the First of May as the first day of Summer. Today, those who observe the Wheel of the Year celebrate Beltane as the height of Spring! We give thanks for the fertility of our planet and the ability of the Earth to renew herself. We revel in the new growth and general fecundity of the season. As co-creators with the Universe, we witches also like to tap into the energy of Spring to help us bring new life into our own endeavors.
Classically, Beltane is observed on May 1st with a maypole and a bonfire. In the Wiccan tradition, they celebrate the sexual union of the Goddess and the God, an allegory of the Mother Earth impregnated by the seed of the Green Man. Beltane celebrations are often infused with a boisterous and bawdy energy that reflects the fertile energy of the season. The maypole is a phallic symbol of the masculine energy which is then joyfully embraced by colorful ribbons, symbolic of the beautiful abundance and diversity of our living world.
For this event we will be honoring Beltane and Walpurgis. IT MAY BE WITCH'S NIGHT BUT ALL SEXES ARE WELCOME! So bring a date. We will start with a mocktail hour where we will make flower crowns and mingle as the sun sets, then move into ceremony circle + ritual, Maypole ritual, meditation and shamanic journey, bonfire, a multi coursed seated vegan feast, sound bath and more!
WHERE: AJNA WELNESS RETREAT IN EAST NASHVILLE WHEN: TUESDAY APRIL 30TH TIME: 6 PM- 10ish ATTIRE: this will be an outdoor event, so dress accordingly but wear SHADES OF GREEN if possible, to honor the season of growth. WHAT TO BRING: yoga mat, blanket or pillow, eye mask or scarf.

The evenings begin with a mocktail and tea hour with hor d'oeuvres and then Priestess Kim Collins leads you in sacred ceremony circle with a journey and guided meditation followed by a ritual and sharing circle. What happens here stays here in this safe container. After the ceremony, the spirits and libations will flow into dinner hour.... and each evening ends with a sound bath as a second dessert and a fire pit hang for those who wish to dwell into the evening.
Special guest chefs cater each event. Co=hosted with my sister witch and vibe goddess Lux-O-Matic.
Upcoming Fall 4 Day Wise Women Retreat at Grey Bear!
Jennifer Harvard of Gaia Sisterhood and Kim Collins of Own Your Ohm Health present: FULL MOON WISE WOMAN RETREAT 2021
OCTOBER 21st-24th, 2021 at GREY BEAR RETREAT CENTER
JOURNEY OF THE DARK GODDESS
Sisters, are you ready for deep healing and transformational work? Do you hear the call of Cerridwen, Hecate, Kali, and Persephone? In order to bring light into the world, we all must journey into the shadow. The darkness is not bad or evil. Quite the contrary. It is a time to go within and to tend to the parts of ourselves that need healing. In the Celtic Wheel of the Year, summer has turned to fall. The days grow shorter and the nights grow longer. As the leaves begin to turn and fall off the trees, the journey into the darkness begins. Join us under the Full Moon surrounded by rolling forests, starry nights and sacred water. By creating a safe container of love and mutual respect women will come together for healing, learning and growing. Ancient matriarchal societies, "Wise Women", passed down their knowledge and skills to their sisters and daughters. For 4 days in October these "Wise Women" will do the same.
This Retreat is a deep dive into self exploration and workshops that encourage profound change. We will use the power of Myth along with Stories of the Underworld, Ritual, and Ceremony to honor the Shadow.
This year's retreat will include:
opening ceremony shamanic journeying mask making Morning Yoga Herbal Tincture making Hypnotherapy Journey goddess gathering at the waterfall Water Blessing Ritual herbal mud masks flower crowns annointing ceremony invoking the sensual movement Hemp talk and tea ceremony journey to the underworld closing ceremony
Our skilled facilitators will be with you during this sacred retreat. Nourish body, mind and spirit with Shamanic Journeying and a Hemp Tea Ceremony. Connect and create through Mask Making and the art of crafting your own Tinctures. Move your body with Sacred Breathwork and Communal Dance. And, go within during daily meditation. Visit our Wise Women Page for more information on our facilitators.
Invoking the Sensual is a dance practice designed to return to one's self and to an authentic experience of carnal communion. Be it out sexuality or joy, far too often what we experience in our interior world is beckoned to go beyond us and be performed for others rather than be enjoyed, digested, and assimilated into ourselves. Together we will shimmy, shake, and writhe our way into our bodies to revel in our own delight as we dance to free our inner light, & as we dance for our own pleasure.
Into the deep herbal dream tincture workshop and hypnosis meditation to meet our shadow self With Kim Collins
The shadow represents darker aspects from deep within. Our subconscious holds the key to heal traumas, self doubts, fears, etc. When we dig deep, open the subconscious and allow our dreams to be realized we can then unlock these aspects and from the shadows we can experience the light. Utilizing plant medicine through our plant allies and meditation hypnosis techniques we can compliment and go deeper with these complimentary modalities to heal mind, body and spirit which allows us to flourish as human beings. In this herbal medicine workshop we will create a deepening, relaxation dream tincture to go deeper into the shadow work that exists in our subconscious, our dreams, our suppressed feelings and our false beliefs. We will also partake in visualizations through hypnosis guided meditations to help unlock the doors to our subconscious mind, so that healing may begin.
Mask Making is often used as an Art Therapy tool for self awareness and empowerment. Part 1: Will consist of partnering up to make Paper Maché Masks of our own faces. Part 2: This is where the awareness comes in. How does the world see us? What do we want the world to see? Attendees will use mixed media supplies to decorate the outside of their masks accordingly. The inside of their masks will represent their inner world. How do we see ourselves? What parts of ourselves are we hiding out of fear, guilt, shame, or remorse? Maybe we are hiding our wondered child or our inner warrior. Looking at ourselves in this way brings awareness. We shine the light on our darkest places in order to heal. Our completed masks are art pieces to take home as a reminder of who we are, how far we have come, and of our truest selves.
I will be sharing my knowledge of hemp and we will discuss how the medicine comes from the female flowers and how we can be empowered to realize our own healing powers as women as well. We will share recipes for healing tinctures and salves and we will share tea from the hemp plant and have an opportunity to create our own blend that we can take with us to honor our time together.
Shamanic journeying with Priestess of the Sacred Grove, Jennifer Harvard along with High Priestess Kim CollinsShamanic Journeying is the inner art of traveling to the invisible realms beyond ordinary reality as a way to retrieve information used for spiritual growth and healing. Jennifer Harvard, Priestess of the Sacred Grove and High Priestess Kim Collins, will facilitate a journey to the underworld where attendees will gather information from the lower realms to aid in welcoming, owning, and healing their Shadow Selves. CHAKRA SCHOOL
A COMPREHENSIVE ONLINE COURSE TO BALANCE AND CLEANSE
BEGINS Spring 2021! Date TBA real soon.
The ancient Chakra System is profound for spiritual and emotional growth. These vortexes of energy are information centers that take in, exchange, process, interact and affect everything that you are and how you express yourself. This is science based. We are all energy beings.
In this online course, we will explore each energy zone in depth learning about and working with each of the seven major chakras starting from Root to Crown. I will give you tools to clear, charge, and balance all seven chakras so that your prana (life force) can flow the way it is meant to; nourishing you across all your bodies - physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Each modular class will also include a guided meditation for that particular chakra that you can access to use at anytime.
Also included in this course is a one-on-one 20 minute energy healing session with me once you have finished the course. We will talk about all you have learned and I can answer any further questions you may have. The beauty of an online course is that you can access the materials for years to come should you need a refreshing.
Consider this a 101 course, yet even experienced practitioners will gain further insight. I’ve studied and practiced energy healing, Ayurveda and the chakra system for over 25 years and am honored to share this knowledge with you to empower your own self-healing.
Each week’s module lesson will include:
The anatomy of the subtle (energetic body)
How each chakra works on a physical, emotional and physiological level
Specific practices to balance and work with each chakra
How to identify which of your chakras need extra attention
How to create self-healing on every level – mind, body and spirit
Crystals that help align each chakra.
Guided meditations specific to opening and connecting to each chakra
Yoga asanas that help balance each chakra
Essential oil correspondences to each chakra
Plant medicine, foods, and other tips for each chakra
The idea and recommended way of taking this course is by thinking of it as a 7 week cleanse going into the new season. Spring brings with it an awakening; a cleansing of the body, mind and spirit. Just like mother earth is awakening from it's winter slumber, this course can also be a tool to help you through this transition of seasons. Because the nature of this course is that you can take your own time with it, you can pace it however you'd like, but I set it up to be 1 chakra per week so that you can have a full week to work within that chakra. To cleanse that chakra. To get to know that chakra. Each module in the course will give you tips on how to do this... down to what foods to eat that week or even what color clothes to wear to help balance that particular energy zone.
This course is an extremely good monetary energy exchange deal as it includes the one on one session, and a lifetime of access. I hope you will join me!

Balancing the Magick Within A day retreat honoring the fall equinox ~ Mabon Co-Created + Facilitated by: ~ Own Your Ohm Health ~ Frame Drum Wisdom & ReSounding Wholeness ~ Gaia Sisterhood
The Fall Retreat welcomes the Magick on the season. Taking time to honor this auspicious day creates a sacred balance with the rhythms of nature creating more harmony in our own lives. The Fall Equinox is one of the two times during the year that the sunlight and darkness are equal. If we follow the Celtic Wheel of the Year, then we realize that the Winter Solstice is both the end and the beginning. On this shortest day of the year we welcome the return of the light. This is a perfect time to plant our seeds of intention for the year ahead. Once we reach the fall Equinox we reflect on the vows or intentions we made and we let go of the things that no longer serve us. On this day of balance, we celebrate the harvest and it’s bounty and reflect on the withering that is happening at the same time. We honor both the light and the dark. As we prepare for our decent into the darkest months, how can we create balance and open ourselves up to the light within?
This retreat will inspire us by using our intentions, creative energy and the natural world to light the way.
If you would like to be part of this day, see the link below and you will be taken to our Gaia Sisterhood Website Registration Page. Spiritual Herbalism The Magick + Folklore of Plants With Kim Collins
In this herbal workshop we will be working the magick of the plants, practicing the art of Wortcunning. It’s a word used to describe the ancient practice of the using the magickal properties of plants for healing; The energy, the aura and the folklore that resides in and around them. We will be making our own plant medicine pouches with this in mind.
The name wortcunning (wort= plant , cunning = practical knowledge) is virtually extinct in our modern culture today, but our hedge-witch ancestors used this practice of plant magick in their daily lives and some of the folk lore that has remained is used today in our own everyday lives (holly on the mantle, hedges on our properties, protection of bay leaves, funeral lilies to restore the soul after death, crowns of carnations during the day of the dead, etc). We all know that herbs can bring our body healing through the plant medicine, but in this workshop we will look at the MAGICK contained within them and the folklore that is attached to certain balancing herbs and plants. If weather permits we will perhaps wander around the grounds of Hachland Hills to do some herbal wildcrafting and using balancing herbs we will make our own medicine pouches that we can carry with us always. We will also gather by the creek to perform a powerful ritual using our plant allies to help guide us. I look forward to facilitating this fascinating and vast topic with you all.
As the nights get longer and the outer light of day starts to fade, we will activate the radiant light we hold within our Beings to guide us during the dark days to come. Through the magick medicine of sound, voice and rhythm we will cleanse and clear our body, mind and spirit. Creating an open portal to bridge and balance the energies of Heaven and Earth. Through sacred ritual we will sound and drum for our Manipura (solar plexus), balancing our Beings to bring forth and activate our loving service to the world, in an empowered and fully embodied way.
"Besom" Witch's Broom Making With Jennifer Harvard As we enter the season of the Witch, what better way to stir up a little Witchy Magic! Brooms or Besoms have always been associated with Witches for their magical and ritualistic qualities. The broom quite literally sweeps away dirt and represents cleansing of negative energy. Witches of old were said to have hidden wands and other magical tools in the bristles. Some early Besoms that were discovered, had small hidden compartments where feathers, oils, and other magical tools were kept. On this day of balance, we honor both feminine and Masculine energy. Besom’s have both of the qualities. The Stick represents the Male and the Bristles represent the female. This is why they are often used in hand-fasting ceremonies. During this workshop we will use Birch Twigs, herbs, flowers, and charms to create our own ritual besom.
RESERVE YOUR SPOT FOR THIS WOMEN'S DAY RETREAT TODAY! WE LOOK FORWARD TO GATHERING WITH OUR LIKE MINDED SISTERS FOR THIS CHANGE OF SEASON.

My most popular private ritual is the Cord Cutting Ritual. A ritual personalized for you in assisting you to on rid of negative energies and relationships that we tend to hold on to, or give away to much energy to, through our energetic chakras. Learn how to "let go" of an unhealthy relationship in a HEALTHY + non-harming way to either party. A seriously powerful ritual. We are constantly creating cords with many people and even objects, but if you feel drawn back to an unhealthy relationship, or want to break negative patterns or addictions, or feel a strong psychic connection to someone that is draining your energy, a cord cutting ritual may be beneficial. Especially when it comes to relationships, cutting the cord can help break the energetic attachments created and can help you to move on to receive new opportunities in your life. This is a one on one ceremony with personalized alter, meditation, reiki and chakra balancing included. Message me for details.
Hand-Fasting Ceremony
I am legally ordained and also am a High Priestess to be able to perform wedding and other ceremonies. Hand-fasting is an ancient celtic ceremony that adds a certain depth to a traditional wedding.
Handfasting is a marriage unity ritual that has been used during weddings for centuries. Like many other unity rituals, such as unity candles or sand rituals, it represents the combination of two people coming together to create a new singular entity. A couple joins their hands together and they are wrapped with a ribbon or cord. If done in the traditional way, as the couple separates their hands they literally tie the knot (hence the origin of the phrase), and are joined together in their commitment to each other. Handfasting isn’t a ceremony that we are used to seeing in traditional Western or Christian-centric weddings. While it has Celtic origins, it is a ritual that has largely only been used by Pagans and Wiccans since the 1960s. But this isn’t a ritual just for those that identify as Pagans, Wiccans, or witches. Anyone can take part in this meaningful and visually beautiful ritual.
BLESSINGWAY Ceremonies
Instead of hosting a standard baby shower for yourself, family or friend, try a Blessingway! A Blessingway (or Mother Blessing) is a sacred pre-birth ceremony that has traditionally been performed by the Navajo, and celebrates a woman’s rite of passage into motherhood. These days it’s recognized as a gathering of the expecting mother’s closest female friends and family that are there to build up her mind, body and soul in preparation for her journey to motherhood through various. The goal is to have her feel loved, recognize her strength, believe in her body and its ability to birth her baby, and feel confident for labor, birth and motherhood. It’s a time where the focus is not on gifts, but instead on nurturing and supporting the soon-to-be mom. She should feel empowered, strong and like a queen on her blessingway day.
There are many different ways of hosting a Blessingway with various traditional things that I can perform for you. It just depends on the mother’s preferences and what her style is. I will lead the ceremonial portion, set up a sacred alter and together we can make your shower a more meaningful and unforgettable gathering. Click here for more information regarding the many different details that are involved in a Blessingway.
Contact me and we can discuss more details and schedule a date.
PAST FULL MOON CIRCLE & EVENTS:
February 19, 2019 Supermoon in Virgo (Snow Moon)
This upcoming full moon is the biggest Supermoon of the year, which means the energy will be heightened more than usual. Utilize this energy and let's work on ways to "cut the crap" out of our lives... whatever no longer serves us.
The Full Moon is always the perfect time of the month to do Ego or Shadow Work so that we heal old wounds. It’s the time to look your fears in the face, understand them and free yourself from them for good. It's time to clear the clutter... rid yourself of certain energies, fears, material goods and even people that are holding you back from manifesting your desires and what you want in life. On this full moon evening, together we will perform a letting go ritual, a cutting the cord practice and chakra balancing meditation.
I am also happy to announce our special guest for the evening will be Lindsley Brooks, a feng shui consultant and life stylist. She helps people get unstuck in their lives by shifting and enhancing the energy in their spaces. When your space is in balance, your life comes into balance. You'll feel more peaceful and you'll start living the abundant life you deserve.
We will even turn full moon water into a cleansing Florida Water for you to take home and use in the clearing of negative energies in your space. (please bring a small container/small mason jar)
Seats are limited so make sure you reserve through the ticket link provided below.
A bit more about this upcoming Full Moon:
Virgo is a meticulous earth sign, concerned with details, organization and planning. Ridding yourself of your material clutter may have a much more profound affect than merely freeing you from the burden of useless stuff. What we do on the external level is often mirrored on the inner and in this case you may just find yourself letting go of some limiting beliefs and painful memories, along with the out-of-date makeup and old shoes.
Stay present and aware as you fill those goodwill boxes, observing your emotions and the sensations in your body. Things may come up that you don’t expect, and perhaps some of them will be painful. Just feel them and then let them go. The beauty of this Full Moon in Virgo is that we have an opportunity to resolve a few things that have been hanging around in our subconscious like clutter in the back of our closets.
Practicing letting go of stuff exercises that important muscle of non-attachment that is so useful when it comes to big life transitions. Letting go of an old jacket may not seem like a great spiritual advancement but it’s helping to free you from the inevitable pain of clinging to something that is meant to end.
January 21, 2019 Super Blood Wolf Moon Eclipse Circle: RELEASING EMOTIONAL TURBULENCE - SOLD OUT
Much of 2019 is asking us to let go of more than we amass. Purging and purifying our systems from the poisons that infiltrate them are a must. This is a process that calls for much heavy lifting. It takes an incredible effort to bring to light what has laid in the shadows all along. It is necessary work, but so too is the incredible compassion we must have for ourselves along the way. This eclipse season has asked us to release ourselves from the structures, habits, and patterns that keep our systems clogged. Whatever fears or emotions that have held us captive, stifled our growth, or limited our ability to heal must be made conscious so that they can be dismantled. Unless we want to be energetic hoarders, stockpiling raw sewage of the soul, we are well-served to address, process, and work towards healing the shadow material that these eclipses reveal.
Join me and other like minded women as we gather together and perform an energetic and emotional release ceremony and mediation to release yourself from past or current trauma, relationship issues and energetic pain that is time to move on from. Take home with you the tools to be able to change the habits that keep you from moving forward with your emotional health and enlightenment into this new year. And let's celebrate and honor this powerful full moon eclipse together!

All of nature grows and is more vital at the full Moon. This surge allows you to take action on behalf of those new Moon intentions you perhaps set two weeks prior. It can be a powerful time to release, cast out and unburden yourself. You celebrate your emergence by stepping out of an old skin, identity, behavior, attitude, relationship. A full moon ritual is a great way to help by marking this inner transformation in a formal way.
Join me this Wednesday October 24th as I lead us through a clearing meditation, releasing water ritual, and candle ceremony to honor our ancestors during this Samhain season in which the veil is the thinnest between the two worlds.

I understand that plans change and am sympathetic to this fact. Retreats and events take a lot of pre prep and work involved to be able to offer you and the group the best experience I can give. That being said, in general, refunds are not available to any events unless the spot can be filled by another person. Thank you for understanding this policy!
For the seasonal ceremony and feast events I have another partner involved with these events and here is our cancellation policy:: similar to above but if we cannot fill your spot there is a 50% refund policy because of the high costs involved in these events.
