Ground Ivy Tincture ~ POWERFUL ANTIVIRAL - BACK IN STOCK!
Note: This antiviral tincture is made from wildcrafted Ground Ivy that is seasonally harvested here on my land in Nashville. There is a limited amount of this small batch item and is highly sought after within my apothecary. I include a deep healing ritual of energy healing and ceremony with each bottle that creates a higher frequency for immunity health. xo
Ground ivy (Glechoma) is a part of the balsamic mint (Lamiaceae) family. A lot of people consider this ivy a nuisance in their yards as a pesky weed! But this is one of my favorite medicinal plants come spring, and my urban home forest is filled with it, gratefully. The shop minty scent lingers in the air all spring. I love it in salads.
Reportedly, it is said to be one of the first herb and edible plants brought to the North American continent by early settlers. It widely researched and used as an antiviral, antibacterial and also used as an expectorant as it relieves congestion and inflammation of mucous membranes affiliated with colds, flu, and sinusitis. It is also helpful with kidney/bladder problems as well a digestive disorders and tinnitus.
Ground Ivy has been been studied for use in Leukemia, Hepatitis, many kinds of cancer, and HIV. A true powerful antiviral. So you see why this powerhouse of a "weed" is so precious!
