Are you picky with your balm like I am?
I like it a bit oily and not too hard and waxy and it’s gotta taste good too because did you know that we eat about 7 lbs of lip products in our life time? Might as well make it a healthy meal.
Enter my “Honey Lips” organic lip balm...
I use my wildcrafted dandelion (from my backyard forest) infused almond oil as the base and threw in some local Nashville Honey with (not so local) Madagascar Vanilla and NZ Beeswax (soon to be replaced with local beeswax!), Shea butter and vitamin E.
It’s truly yummy and nourishing. 💋
Don't expose to high heat and keep in a cool place, as since I don't use much beeswax (I like it that way!) it melts easier.
PLEASE NOTE THAT SHIPPING DURING HOT SUMMER MONTHS MAKES THIS AND OTHER BALMS A CHALLENGE SINCE I DON'T USE THE CRAP SOME COMPANIES USE FOR TEMPERATURE STABILITY IN MY PRODUCTS... IF YOU ORDER THIS IN THE SUMMER AND IT ARRIVES MELTED, SIMPLY PLACE IT IN THE FRIDGE FOR A FEW HOURS AND IT WILL SOLIDIFY AGAIN. IT DOES NOT HURT THE LIP BALM. XO
