I am so excited to be able to offer my first ever online school! The first module will be available on Feb. 1st here on the website with your membership access. Each week, for 7 weeks, a new module will be added to your lesson.
The ancient Chakra System is profound for spiritual and emotional growth. These vortexes of energy are information centers that take in, exchange, process, interact and affect everything that you are and how you express yourself. This is science based. We are all energy beings.
The idea and recommended way of taking this course is by thinking of it as a 7 week cleanse going into this new spring... Imbolc on February 1st 2021, brings with it an awakening; a cleansing of the body, mind and spirit. Just like mother earth is awakening from it's winter slumber, this course can also be a tool to help you through this transition of seasons. Because the nature of this course is that you can take your own time with it, you can pace it however you'd like, but I set it up to be 1 chakra per week so that you can have a full week to work within that chakra. To cleanse that chakra. To get to know that chakra. Each module in the course will give you tips on how to do this... down to what foods to eat that week or even what color clothes to wear to help balance that particular energy zone.
In this online course, we will explore each energy zone in depth learning about and working with each of the seven major chakras starting from Root to Crown.
I will give you tools to clear, charge, and balance all seven chakras so that your prana (life force) can flow the way it is meant to; nourishing you across all your bodies - physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Each modular class will also include a guided meditation video for that particular chakra that you can access to use at anytime.
Also included in this course is a one-on-one energy healing session with me once you have finished the course. We will talk about all you have learned and I can answer any further questions you may have. The beauty of an online course is that you can access the materials for years to come should you need a refreshing. You will have a lifetime of membership (as long as my business exists anyway ;)) for this chakra course to revisit as you wish.
Consider this a 101 course, yet even experienced practitioners will gain further insight.
